Small tin vendor with a cast iron vending wheel. Works correctly with a penny. Drop coin in the top slot and it drops down and stops at the center of the vending wheel. The penny is what catches the vending wheel as you rotate the top knob and a spring mounted just under the lid will kick the turn knob back to starting position.
