This is the front face piece to a c1902 The Happy Jap gum ball machine made by the White Vending Machine Company. There is some information about these if you Google the title. It is made of thick cast iron and weighs in at 15 lbs as pictured. It has been repainted during its life so Im not sure if this was the orange or green version. The right side of the piece has a crack in it but it is still very solid.

There is a close up picture of the crack. The wood backing plate was made in 1952 by J. Im not sure if J.

Myers owned the piece until 2015 however. The last two pictures show the different varieties of the machine and are for reference only.
