Here's the rundown on this machine: It is a Columbus Bi-More Model 38 circa 1936. The composition of the machine is cast iron. The mechs work fine and they vend correctly.The stand is in very good condition. The cast iron base of the machine is firmly mounted to the stand. The main pedestal base is sheet metal and the bottom base is cast iron. The globes are original Columbus #8 with the embossed Columbus Stars. The more common version of this vending machine is set up with hexagonal globes, but these are round globes are also correct for this vendor. The globes are in great condition. In addition, the actual cast iron parts of this machine are in very good condition with no cracks or problems.
All of the parts of this machine are original. Please note that the stand has the original 3 art deco chrome strips (usually one or more of these are missing).
The mechs of this machine aRE standard and are set up for bulk candy or peanut products. They have the pie-shaped vending/dispensing wheels.
