1950's Vintage MID Century Vending Machine For Pens Fine Condition And It Works

1950'S VINTAGE MID CENTURY VENDING MACHINE FOR PENS FINE CONDITION AND IT WORKS! A very cool 1950's vintage mid century vending machine for "pens" Never seen one before. Made by Servend Co in Chicago Illinois. Key is a bit difficult but the lock is not expensive to work with.

This one is a bit different than the one's I've seen. All solid metal and no wood products. Also, it has a front side lever to dispense pens or what ever you can fit into this. One bottom rubber foot missing. Could be fun figuring out a different use for this. Some scratches and some dis-colorization. White, blue , & red enamel is in excellent shape. Story from the family is the father did not tell the mother that he had this side business. Well, the family were strict 7th Day Adventists (that church started in Battle Creek MI for the history buffs) and drinking was prohibited. When his wife found out about it all hell broke loose and he had to sell the machines or else :- When he passed the next generation inherited them and that's were we come in. One of the pieces is new in the box!! These pieces weigh 14 pounds.
