Cast Iron construction, cast iron locks. Top has a lock that cannot be opened without a key. Could not get apart to check for chips. Glass is cloudy with some residue inside.

Glass appears to be intact, could not be opened. Original decal sticker on front some damage but mostly present. " "REGISTERED" "One Cent Here" "Then Pull Lever. Embossed on front of glass a "Star" "REGISTERED".

Surface rust inside under glass. Also, some rust on the mechanism and top where the glass jar sits.

Lock is broken on the bottom plate and is rusty on the plate. Lid is intact in good shape. Lock on top needs key to open and take off.
