MAGNA VENDER 1 CENT NUT VENDOR 1930's VINTAGE ART DECO ORIGINAL & WORKING

PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE LARGE PHOTOS. Very cool looking 1930's vintage nut vending machine. It's a Magna Vender made by W. Main Company in Cedar Rapids Iowa.

Looks to be all original and it does work. Drop a penny in chute and turn knob to get a handful of nuts.

Condition is very good, cast aluminum is smooth and shiny. Glass globe is in good condition, does have a small chip on bottom edge where it fits into base. Has a few minor scratches and dings. Chute where nuts comes out has some pitting.

The threaded rod that holds top down has some rust and one end of it that goes into base is gone, it's just a threaded rod so should be easy to fabricate a new one. Has a new brass padlock with two keys to lock base. I will let the large detailed photos below show you the condition of this item. I will try to answer any questions you may have. Check my feedback, I pack so they arrive in the same condition as they leave. See my other auctions for more great items.
