It has the original key and lock. The lock works as a screw that secures the top and bottom. The coin operation seems to work fine, when a penny is inserted and the lever pushed, the penny falls to the bottom. The paint job is excellent and seems factory, it is a mat paint with age chips. The only reason it may not be factory is because the label on the back is hard to read because of the paint, and I don't think a factory would cover their label. The glass is in very good shape with the original label that has some wear. Inside the glass you can see it also has its original cork seals on the top and bottom. The bottom when we acquired it had some loose parts in it and seem to be for the pump mechanism.
