Vintage 1960s SCRIPTO Ball Pen Vending Slot Machine Quarter NO KEY - READ - NEAT. This is a very neat machine, presumably from the 1960s.

It is entitled Scripto Retractable Ball Pen and it is a vending machine. Now, there are a few things that are wrong and might need to be fixed.

I actually have been able to test the vending function by putting a quarter in, and in return, receiving a pen as it should work. The first time, it took 2 quarters in order to get a pen.

The frame is wooden and VERY neat. I was told it came from an old office, such as a DMV or government building.

There is some wear from age. The metal mechanisms have some tarnishing and it definitely isnt new, but it is a very neat machine for being over 50 years old. And its all in tact, EXCEPT the top sign, which is made from plastic. The plastic is partially broken. Personally, if I was to keep it, I would completely remove it. As stated, this is a very neat machine. It is old and it does need a little bit of work but it has amazing color and is so unique and rare.

I love the machine, just dont have much room for it, or Id keep it. This would be ideal for a shop or a man cave. You dont see these around every day. This is your chance to own one! Please check all photos for best reference of condition and whats there.
