Vintage Columbus Vendor 1 Cent Gumball Vending Machine Barrel Locks Star Globe

Vintage Columbus Vendor one cent gumball machine. Includes two barrel locks and one key copy. Top barrel lock will open, but bottom will not and will probably need some work to get open. I tried to lubricate but still no success.
