Vintage Northwestern/Sellem Coin-Op Matchbook Dispenser Nickel over Iron

This has been in my collection for decades. It is in great original condition, I could polish it easily but since many collectors prefer originality, as do I, it is only a bit highlighted.

A unique part of this sale is that it is totally filled with original INDEPENDENCE SAFETY MATCHES, Americas own Match Company. The are filled as well and in good condition as compared to the single box currently on sale for! This is truly an outstanding and original device, circa 1912, with the dolphins on the front. It contains the cigar cutter and the matchbox holder. Looks like an original lock on the back, but uncertain I'll be able to locate the key (which I had at one time).
