Super amazing 1933 Shipman Mfg. The patent date is 1933 and it is in outstanding shape. The head badge is still present and the stamps pictured are a one cent and three cent. The green enamel base is in good shape. The plating on the front looks like it will clean up. I do not have a key for the machine.
