Kopper King Selective 1 Penny Gum Vending Machine

Does have scuffs scrapes and minor rust, I don't think is the original paint or the 3 glass windows, the glass have some chips on corners and 1 has a thin crack, the lock does not work, mechanism does turn with 1 Penny.
