THE TOP IS LOCKED, A LOCKSMITH COULD OPEN IT. THE TOP CAN ACTUALLY BE ACCESSED THROUGH THE TOP COMPARTMENTS OF THE MACHINE, IT IS USED TO STORE MORE CAPSULES FOR THE TOP TWO COMPARTMENTS.
