Vintage Art Deco Table Top Lily Tulip Cup Dispenser

Overall excellent condition, has a few tiny splatters of white paint on it. Measurements are often in the pictures. Please think before you order, this literally puts food on my table, so the "changed my mind" return takes that food right off my table. Don't be afraid to make an offer, I don't mind some haggling!
