VINTAGE DIXIE CUP DISPENSER CHROME METAL With LEVER

VINTAGE DIXIE CUP DISPENSER CHROME METAL W/LEVER. I have tried using this with 3 ounce paper and plastic cups. It tends to dispense multiple cups with each move of the lever.

Not sure if the cups I have are the proper size. The mechanism itself seems to be working fine.
