Vintage Northwestern Zenobia Pistachio's Peanut Gumball Machine Works

This is for a Vintage Green Porcelain gumball Machine for Zenobia Pistachio's. The knob turns anyway but the machine is empty so I'm not sure. I do not have the key's.
