10¢ Ball Point Pen Vending Machine. Fully Functional with Original Keys. This is a lovely relic of the 1960s, a fully working ball point pen vending machine.

It accepts dimes and dispenses a single pen when you turn the crank. Of course, the original pens are no longer present. What you see in the photos are pencils, just to illustrate what it would look like when loaded. The pencils are not included. This machine would dispense retractable pens in multiple colors, similar to the popular Bic Clic. " It accepts about 120 pens, 5" - 5¼ long. Everything is original, including the oak cabinet and 2 original keys. As shown in the picture taken from underneath, it was made to be either mountable on a post/pedestal (notice the 2 bolt holes) or stood on a tabletop. It still has 2 of its original 4 rubber feet, though they have age loss. It can be displayed on a table by adding felt pads to protect the table surface. 16½" tall x 12" wide x 8 deep. Lovely, well-preserved vintage condition, f rom a non-smoking environment. As mentioned, 2 of the original 4 rubber feet are missing, and the ones remaining have age loss. The oak case has some dry cracking from age, but it is still stable and strong. See the final photo, which shows a small area on the bottom of the case that is weakened due to an apparent defect in the original oak, most likely a "knot" in the wood.

This is a rare machine and presents beautifully! The above is my good-faith attempt to disclose all noteworthy issues. Keep in mind that vintage/antique items always show their age. It would be impossible to mention every tiny detail, so please expect that there will be something about this item (or lot) that's not perfect and may need touch-up. I'LL BE GLAD TO ANSWER.
